Information for Seniors - Class of 2024

  • Welcome to the Senior Web Page which has been designed for TWHS senior students and their families. 
     
    All information regarding dates and times of senior events, deadlines, mandatory graduation requirements and ordering various senior items can be found here.  Please feel free to use this site as your primary source of information.  Everything a senior student needs will be available electronically.  Fully enjoy this exciting and monumental time, while staying stress free and on top of deadlines by checking this site regularly.

    Class of 2024 Information:  

    Commencement Ceremony:

    Graduation will be held at the Columbus Convention Center (400N. High St. Columbus 43215) on Sunday, May 26th, at 4:00 PM.

    There are no tickets needed and no limit on the number of guests who can attend.  Seating for the ceremony is first come and the doors will open at 3:30 am. 

    Graduation Practice:

    Graduation practice is Friday, May 17th at Thomas Worthington High School.  Time is at 10:15 am.  This is MANDATORY for all seniors who plans to walk at graduation.

     

    Diploma Presenters:

    Every year, each graduate is given the opportunity to choose a diploma presenter who has been influential in his/her life. The special person that each senior selects must be a current or former Worthington City Schools employee. The person you select will be invited to present your diploma to you at Commencement on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

    In order to request the person you would like as your diploma presenter, you must turn in your request using this Diploma Presenter Request Form no later than Friday, April 12, 2024.

    There is NO need to ask the person you are requesting ahead of time. The diploma presenter coordinator, Mrs. Wilson, will do that for you. Due to the time and effort involved in inviting these individuals and in organizing this addition to the Commencement ceremony, your cooperation in meeting this deadline is imperative. If you do not request a guest presenter, a member of the Worthington Board of Education will present your diploma. Please see Mrs. Wilson, Modualr #4, or email her at mwilson@wscloud.org, with any questions concerning this process.

    Class of ‘24: Pick up your Cap & Gown 

    If you did not pick up your cap & gown, they are available for pickup in the main office. Please see Mrs. Forman.
