About Us
Worthington Hills Elementary School was built in 1970 and opened its doors for the first time for the 1971-72 school year. The building was designed by architect Paul Snouffer. The classrooms were arranged in innovative four-classroom pods that could be combined or divided by folding walls. Today, Worthington Hills Elementary School serves approximately 550 students in kindergarten through grade five. Worthington Hills Elementary School students and staff follow the “Hawkeye Way” being kind, safe, cooperative, respectful and responsible.
