1. This program is not on a first come, first served basis. If you want your child to be considered for the lottery, all documentation must be submitted by Friday, February 23, 2024.   You have until the lottery deadline, Friday, February 23, 2024 to submit all of the required documentation as well as have your scheduled enrollment phone appointment completed with the Welcome Center staff. To be fair to all parents, no exceptions can be made regarding the lottery deadline of Friday, February 23, 2024.
   
   
2. Documentation for ADK includes the birth certificate AND any shot records you have on file for your child. Immunizations do not need to be on any specific form; nor do they need to be signed by a doctor. Custody documentation is also required, if applicable.
   
   
3. Once the OLR is completed and proper documents submitted, you will be emailed the link to schedule a phone appointment on Ventus/Nemo-Q, our automatic scheduler.  The Welcome Center staff will call you at the scheduled appointment time selected. The telephone appointment also must be scheduled and completed by Friday, February 23, 2024, the lottery deadline.
   
   
4. Once the enrollment is completed electronically, all documentation correctly provided, and the telephone appointment completed, you will be emailed a link to pay the tuition fee for ADK.  This link is NOT available to any family until the entire enrollment process is completed.  
   
   
5. If you think you’re eligible for Free and Reduced lunches through the federal government, please discuss this with the Welcome Center staff at your scheduled appointment time. 
    
6. The lottery will be held Thursday, March 7, 2024.
